Metal seat butterfly has two types metal seat: hard metal to metal sealing like stellite or laminated sealing 304ss+graphite. The hard metal to metal sealing is the most high performance suitable for high temperature and most severe medium. The laminated sealing reaches the bi-directional sealing zero leakage in both way at 100% pressure.

The triple offset butterfly valve the valve sealing could be on the disc,body or the replaceable seat ring meet different choices. The independent metal to metal seat structure is replaceable seat ring can be easy maintain. The triple off set design allows the the valve metal sealing in perfect way and applicable for high temperature suitable service.
